Electrical Design Engineer (Junior–Senior) – Power Electronics / Automotive
We are currently seeking Electrical Design Engineers (Junior to Senior level) to support the development of high-volume automotive electronics, with a strong focus on power electronics and inverter-based systems.
This is a hands-on engineering role involving circuit design, analysis, and validation in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
Responsibilities
Develop electrical schematics and circuit designs
Perform circuit analysis, simulations, and worst-case analysis
Create and maintain Bill of Materials (BOM) and engineering documentation
Work closely with PCB design (ECAD), validation, and manufacturing teams
Support and execute verification and validation testing
Participate in product development processes (e.g., DFMEA)
Collaborate with international engineering teams
(Senior) take ownership of design decisions and technical coordination
What We Expect
Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
Experience or knowledge of electronic circuit design / schematics
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication skills and English proficiency
Experience in automotive electronics
Knowledge of EMI/EMC principles
Experience with testing, validation, or DFMEA processes
Exposure to power electronics (e.g., DC/DC, inverters)
Senior level:
Strong experience in power electronics (inverters, HV systems, 48V platforms)
Knowledge of Functional Safety (ISO 26262) and/or FMEDA
Experience with high-voltage systems (400V–800V)
Ability to lead design activities and collaborate across teams
Experience working with manufacturing and customer-facing environments
