Embedded Software Developer & Test Engineer – Automotive Infotainment Platforms
We’re looking for a versatile and passionate engineers who thrives at the intersection of embedded development, system-level testing, and platform integration.
This is a rare opportunity to be part of a team that bridges the gap between hardware and software, and works with both current car models on the road and future Android Automotive-based systems.
What You’ll Do
Design and develop embedded software for software download, display drivers, and infotainment platform components
Create secure and robust solutions for platform upgradeability and memory updates
Develop and maintain automated test suites using Python (PyTest, Behave, Robot FW)
Debug and troubleshoot issues across embedded systems running Android, QNX, or Linux
Collaborate across teams to ensure high-performance, high-quality integrations with evolving hardware and software platforms
Work hands-on with prototype vehicles, lab environments, and continuous integration systems
What You Bring
Strong proficiency in embedded C++ development and multi-threaded programming
Experience working in Android Platform, embedded Linux, or QNX
Knowledge of bootloaders, device drivers, and hardware-level debugging
Comfortable with tools like JTAG/Lauterbach, oscilloscopes, and protocol analyzers
Solid experience in Python-based test development, and test architecture principles
Familiarity with automotive diagnostics such as UDS and DoIP
Unerstanding of complex SoC architectures, memory management, and hardware abstraction
Experience with CI/CD tools, Git, Docker, and requirements-based testing
